"The Mindset Shift That Helped Me Overcome Procrastination"

Procrastination used to be my middle name. Whether it was writing a report or cleaning my room, I always found something better to do. Then, I realized something huge: I was overcomplicating things. Instead of focusing on the whole task, I broke it down into super small steps. I stopped telling myself I had to finish it all and just told myself to do one small part. Turns out, once I started, I couldn’t stop! The key was changing my mindset from “I have to do this big thing” to “I just need to do this little thing.” It made the tasks less overwhelming, and soon, procrastination became a thing of the past.
