AI is incredible for efficiency, but it can sometimes feel impersonal, especially when interacting with customers. The key to using AI successfully is ensuring that you don’t lose the human touch. To do this, I set up my AI systems to handle the routine tasks, like answering simple questions or sorting through inquiries, while ensuring that all complex or emotional interactions are passed off to me or my team. AI can make personalized recommendations, automate content, and provide insights, but it’s still up to us to bring in that authenticity and empathy when needed. By blending AI’s efficiency with our human connection, we’re able to create a better experience for our customers while saving time. So, embrace AI, but don’t forget to add your own personal touch!
